Prototype, Done. And, So Fun!

Measuring. Paper scissors flying. Scoring, folding, burnishing. All to ensure this little 3×3 sticky note holder has the right size inside file pocket to fit a gift card, should the giver so desire. I’m re-thinking the baker’s twine, meant to both hold a mini-pen and close the holder. It may end up a loop of elastic, perhaps. Finished with some stamping on velum & minor embellishing. Getting ready for Spring Craft Show!

OK. Some may recognize Stampin’ Up! (SU) products in my handmade item above. I admire so many designers of crafting supplies out there and I think SU is brilliant. I have spent years researching papercrafting & stamping and I’ll continue to use what I love. Last fall, I joined a SU virtual club in order to slowly try more products and I am impressed. During a recent SU promotion (“Sale-A-Bration”), I became an independent Stampin’ Up! “hobby demo” . . . I’ll be enjoying more supplies, for sure. But also, I’ll be stepping outside of my comfort zone to share my love of papercrafting with others. So, comments & questions are welcome! Thanks for stopping by!
