Hi. I’m Lisa. AKA Papernummies.
Welcome to my blog! Thank you SO much for being here!
I can also be found online at sharecardmaking.com — a site in-progress, a place of learning and sharing, and a labor of love. <3
Papernummies . . .
pa·per [ˈpāpər / pey per]. noun. 1. a substance made from wood pulp, rags, straw, or other fibrous material, usually in thin sheets, used to bear writing or printing, for wrapping things, etc.
num·my. [ˈnəmē]. noun, plural nummies, N. Amer., informal. 1. something especially delicious, attractive or pleasing; 2. something that causes delight or satisfaction
Paper is nummy, after all. The possibilities are endless from the actual piece of paper or cardstock — the feel or texture, color, design — to all that we do with paper in it’s many forms.
I’ve always loved crafting. From my first grip on a crayon to the colorful construction paper & glitter of my earliest recollections to the little balls of scrap yarn from which my grandma taught me to crochet at quite an early age. I’ll always have an affinity for paper and string.
Like many, I have lots of interests and aim to find time in this uber-busy world to learn and explore, to be creative and engaged in the moment, to be healthy and athletic. To connect with others.
Again, thanks for stopping by this experiment in technology and social online exchanges. Fortunately, I’ve got a lot to learn!
